Larry has deep experience in the development of leadership in others spanning more than 25 years in the private and public sectors.   He is a Certified Presence Based coach and has degrees from the Royal Military College of Canada and Queen's University.   Larry is also a faculty member for the University of Alberta School of Business and Executive Education.

Ginette is an experienced coach, facilitator, educator, and counsellor. Ginette has a Bachelors of Education with a minor in Psychology and a Masters of Counselling Psychology. Ginette is an excellent coach with a reputation for helping people develop the insights they need to be more effective leaders and coaches.

Former director of the Leadership Learning Lab and Creativity and Innovation at The Banff Centre, Colin currently works as a creative process facilitator focussing on leadership development using experiential and creative processes.

As an officer, pilot, international arms inspector and corporate executive, Franc worked and led within deeply ingrained leadership and performance cultures. During this time, he occasionally witnessed the sometimes obsessive focus on bottom line goals where employees were systems to be managed instead of gifted team members to be lead.
